From Zendesk

Move your Zendesk help center into an AI agent.

Paste your help center's address, yourcompany.zendesk.com or your own domain. Every published article syncs into Warren's knowledge from Zendesk's own public list of articles. No export, and no API token.

See what is in yours.

A real look at your Zendesk help center, right now: which platform it runs on, how many articles it holds, and the first few titles. Nothing is saved.

  • No export, no CSV, no copying and pasting
  • No API key, no app to install
  • Your help center is only read, never changed

How a Zendesk help center comes across.

What is read, how, and what stays where it is.

Straight from Zendesk's list

Zendesk publishes a list of its public articles, words and all, and that list is what is read: titles and bodies exactly as written, a hundred at a time.

Even behind a bot check

A help center whose pages turn automated readers away is still recognised by Zendesk's own headers, and its public list is read all the same, on yourcompany.zendesk.com or your own domain.

In your help center's language

The address picks it: /hc/en-us brings English, /hc/de brings German. With no language in the address, the help center's own default is used.

Kept in step, every night

The help center is read again each night. Articles that did not change are left alone, changed ones are taught to Warren again, and ones you took down are taken out. Keep writing where you write now.

No help center to keep

Help articles were a detour. Now they are the answer.

A help center asked customers to search, read and work it out for themselves. An AI agent reads the articles for them. So NewDesk has no help center pages at all: your articles sync into Warren's knowledge, and customers ask in their own words and get the answer from them in real time.

A help center

  • The customer guesses the right words to search for
  • Opens three articles and skims each one
  • Writes in anyway when none of them quite fits

Warren, with your articles

  • The customer asks in the chat, in their own words
  • Warren answers from your articles, right then
  • A person is one click away when it needs one

Paste, look, import.

No export files and no mapping of fields. The address is all it needs.

Step 1

Paste the address

Under AI Agent, Import articles: the address customers read it at. The platform is worked out from it; no key, no export.

Step 2

See what is there

How many articles, which language, and the first few titles, before anything is brought in.

Step 3

Warren learns them, and keeps up

Articles go into Warren's knowledge as the page counts them, and the help center is read again every night after.

Moving from Zendesk, in questions.

What teams ask before they bring their Zendesk articles across.

Yes. Paste whichever address your customers use; Zendesk answers its public list on a mapped domain as it does on yourcompany.zendesk.com.

No. Only the public list of articles is read, so there is nothing to set up in Zendesk.

No. The article itself comes across: its title and body, with headings, lists, tables and links. Comments, votes and labels stay in Zendesk.

Yes. Zendesk is only read, never changed, and it is read again every night, so what you change there reaches Warren by the next morning.

No, and on purpose. A help center asked customers to search and read for themselves; an AI agent reads the articles for them. So NewDesk has no help center pages: the articles sync into Warren's knowledge, and customers get the answer in the chat, asked in their own words. You can still read and edit every one of them under Training, Knowledge.

Nothing, on your side. Every help center is read again each night: articles that did not change are left alone, changed ones are taught to Warren again, and ones you took down are taken out. If it cannot wait, read it again now from Import articles.

Coming from somewhere else?
