Help center migration

Move your help center into an AI agent.

Paste the address of your Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or Help Scout help center, or any other with a sitemap. Every published article syncs into Warren's knowledge, and your customers get the answer in the chat, in real time.

See what is in yours.

A real look at your help center, right now: which platform it runs on, how many articles it holds, and the first few titles. Nothing is saved.

  • No export, no CSV, no copying and pasting
  • No API key, no app to install
  • Your help center is only read, never changed
No help center to keep

Help articles were a detour. Now they are the answer.

A help center asked customers to search, read and work it out for themselves. An AI agent reads the articles for them. So NewDesk has no help center pages at all: your articles sync into Warren's knowledge, and customers ask in their own words and get the answer from them in real time.

A help center

  • The customer guesses the right words to search for
  • Opens three articles and skims each one
  • Writes in anyway when none of them quite fits

Warren, with your articles

  • The customer asks in the chat, in their own words
  • Warren answers from your articles, right then
  • A person is one click away when it needs one

Paste, look, import.

No export files and no mapping of fields. The address is all it needs.

Step 1

Paste the address

Under AI Agent, Import articles: the address customers read it at. The platform is worked out from it; no key, no export.

Step 2

See what is there

How many articles, which language, and the first few titles, before anything is brought in.

Step 3

Warren learns them, and keeps up

Articles go into Warren's knowledge as the page counts them, and the help center is read again every night after.

What comes across

  • Every published article, up to 1,000 a help center
  • The article's headings, lists, tables and links
  • In the help center's own language
  • Changes every night: edited articles updated, removed ones taken out

What stays behind

  • Drafts, and articles only your agents can see
  • Ratings, related articles and contents lists
  • The help center's header, footer, search and breadcrumbs
  • Anything behind a sign-in

Moving over, in questions.

What teams ask before they bring their articles across. If yours is not here, the widget in the corner answers from the same kind of training.

No. The address customers read it at is enough. Zendesk's public list of articles is read on its zendesk.com address or your own domain, and Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout and the rest are read from the sitemap every help center publishes. There is nothing to export and nothing to install.

No, and on purpose. A help center asked customers to search and read for themselves; an AI agent reads the articles for them. So NewDesk has no help center pages: the articles sync into Warren's knowledge, and customers get the answer in the chat, asked in their own words. You can still read and edit every one of them under Training, Knowledge.

No. It is only read, never written to, and it keeps running until you switch it off. Try NewDesk beside it for as long as you like.

Nothing, on your side. Every help center is read again each night: articles that did not change are left alone, changed ones are taught to Warren again, and ones you took down are taken out. If it cannot wait, read it again now from Import articles.

Only what the public can read comes across, so drafts and articles only your agents can see never do. A help center that asks everyone to sign in cannot be read from outside; its articles can come in as files instead, under Training: PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML or text.

Up to 1,000 from one help center, in its own language: the one in the address, or the one its pages are written in.

Yes. Stop reading a help center from Import articles, and choose: its articles stay in Warren's knowledge as your own, to edit like any other, or they leave with it.

The article's own words, from the part of the page the platform keeps them in: headings, lists, tables and links. Ratings, related articles, contents lists, print links, breadcrumbs and the help center's header, footer and search stay behind.

Bring your articles. Keep the answers.

Start free, paste your help center's address under AI Agent, Import articles, and Warren answers from every article the same day.
